We apologies to customers who were affected by a disruption to services this morning around 11:20 AM.

The cause was due to a packet storm in our core network in Maidenhead whilst carrying out some tests, this caused disruption to many services for a short time.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused , we will not carry out this test again.
