There was a brief route flap affecting customers directly connected to our routers derek + clive in Maidenhead. Unfortunately a very minor configuration change left a stale route which did not time-out as quickly as expected. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We just suffered an outage to Amsterdam connectivity, between 01:05 and 01:23. We have raised a support ticket with the connectivity supplier in question and will post an update here when we have further information. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to apologise for the routing instability within our network over the past hour or so. We have been notified by one of our core connectivity infrastructure suppliers that a switch upgrade they had planned did not go to plan and resulted in switching instability in their network. This had a knock-on effect into our network. We have been assured that they plan no further changes until the cause has been understood.
