There is currently a problem within BT’s ADSL infrastructure that is affecting radius authentication, which would affect any ADSL lines that are trying to log in (reconnect) at the moment. ADSL lines that are currently connected should not be affected by this.

We are chasing BT and hope to have a fix shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience.
