The 21 CN outage that just happened took out both LNSs, current and previous software, repeatedly. Lines have restored and the logs are being scrutinised to establish the cause.

The 21CN ADSL problem earlier has settled down, and most lines came back within half an hour. However we are still awaiting an explanation from BT. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We think we are currently seeing problems on some ADSL lines connected via the new BT 21CN network. We are investigating and will post more info shortly.
