Services at our Maidenhead data center will be subject to an outage of a few seconds this afternoon. The management interface on the managed switch has gone and needs to be restored, necessitating a reboot. There should be no major issues as a result.

We are currently seeing high levels of packet loss on all ADSL connections. This is as a result of one of our ADSL interconnections with BT failing, hence the remaining 3 becoming heavily loaded. BT are working on the problem, and we hope normal service wil resume shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause
