Today’s outage at our Amsterdam data centre was due to a problem with our transit provider. It appears that one of their switches locked up, and it took them an hour to diagnose and rectify the problem. Apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We appear to have connectivity problems to our data centre in Amsterdam. We suspect there may have been a power outage, and are investigating. This will affect anyone who has a hosted server in our Amsterdam facility. Apologies for the inconvenience.
