We are currently seeing a small amount of packet loss on one of our BT Centrals, affecting some ADSL customers. If you are having problems, please contact us and we will move your line to another BT Central while the problem is resolved.

At 13:08 our DSL service suffered a 20 second outage, due to a glitch at our end. All services are now back to normal. If your DSL connection is still down, please try power-cycling your router. If you still have problems, please contact support. Apologies for the inconvenience

Our main transit provider (AAISP) suffered routing problems at around 13:40 today, resulting in intermittent connectivity for all our customers for around 5 minutes. Services are all now back to normal.
