An update on the outage – we had a problem with level-3 transit which caused a network storm, briefly taking out both our transit and ADSL connectivity. Our Level-3 transit is currently disconnected and all services are back to normal. If your ADSL is still off line, please try power-cycling the router.

We have just suffered a brief outage from 12:44 to 12:50, which will have affected all customers. We are investigating what happened, and do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
