Following the earlier DoS attack, we have had to reboot our DSL endpoint, resulting in a further outage for ADSL and SDSL customers, for which we apologise. If you are still experiencing problems please try power-cycling your DSL router.
We suffered a DoS attack just now, which caused a high level of packet loss for a few minutes. Our service is now back to normal. Apologies for the disruption.
