Tasks:

Our supplier will be performing maintenance on their core MPLS node in Telehouse North which will involve moving infrastructure cabling to new line cards.

Service Impact:

As the core device in question has resilient connectivity back into the network, please treat this window as AT RISK only for your affected services. For xDSL or FTTX services, there is no expected service impact but given new session authentications for xDSL or FTTX services could establish over these new paths, please consider the window as AT RISK should there be any unforeseen issues.

We will be moving cabling that connects one of our LACs to one of our core MPLS nodes in Telehouse North onto a new line card.

Service Impact:

As the device in question has connections back to multiple core nodes and there is also another geographically resilient device please treat this window as AT RISK only. As we will only be working on the connection between the LAC and one of our core nodes.
