Update: This maintenance has now been completed.

We have been notified that one of our interconnectivity suppliers will be conducting some essential core network maintenance, on Saturday 28th September 2013 between the hours of 01:00 and 04:00.

Customers with ADSL or FTTC BT lines are likely to suffer some downtime during this outage.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused whilst this maintenance is undertaken.

Update: This maintenance has now been completed.

We are pleased to say that we will be upgrading the firmware and configurations of our core routers tomorrow morning. This should not affect service as all routers are operated in resilient pairs, but must be considered as an ‘at-risk’ period.

This should provide the final element of protection against the exploits which began at the weekend. Once the maintenance is complete we will update this notice and, all being well, change the network status back to green!

Update: This maintenance has now been completed.

We have been notified that one of our backhaul suppliers is upgrading their network. This is not service affecting but should be considered an at risk period.

The at risk window is as follows:

Window Concludes: 2013-05-04 05:00:00 GMT (UTC + 0)

Update: This maintenance has now been completed.

We have been notified by our Be wholesale provider, Fluidata, of forthcoming planned maintenance windows affecting some O2 DSL connections. Customers who have connectivity at the following exchanges that will be affected:

Hamble: The planned date for the maintenance is between 12:01AM and 6:00AM on 09/05/2013.

Banbury, Bedford, Newbury and Wokingham: The planned date for the maintenance is between 12:01AM and 6:00AM on 10/05/2013.

Update: This maintenance has now been completed

We have been notified that the supplier of our primary link to Amsterdam will be migrating our service to new equipment. This will result in approximately a 10 minute outage at 06:00 (BST) on 18/04/2013 whilst the maintenance is conducted.

During this time, backup routing will automatically kick-in after 2 minutes. Once maintenance is complete, the service will resume as normal.

Update: This maintenance has now been completed

We are planning internal cabling changes in our Maidenhead Data Centre on Sunday 24th February 2013 from 14:30 to 15:30. We anticipate the outage to last for a few seconds but some routes are at risk of being unavailable during this time.

We have been notified by our backhaul provider of planned maintenance on the circuit between Telehouse East and Amsterdam on 31/01/2013 between 07:00 and 08:00. The outage will be for approximately 15 minutes during this time.

We are rescheduling the planned urgent maintenance to reboot the firewall/edge router grappa in our Maidenhead Data Centre this afternoon (22nd January 2013) at 16:30, to clear a problem with its management  interface.

The outage should only last for a few seconds and service will be restored as normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We would like to remind our Be customers that our Be wholesale provider will be carrying out planned maintenance from 23:00 tonight (Monday 21st January 2013) to 06.00 tomorrow morning (Tuesday 22nd January 2013). There will be a complete outage which is expected to be approximately  2 hours.
