Watchfront keep customer data for essential business purposes such as service delivery and invoicing. No data is kept other than that required to provide the products and/or services relevant to each individual customer. All data is stored on systems fully under the control of Watchfront.
Watchfront’s nominated Data Protection Officer is: Kevin Hones (Director). In the event of any data breach being notified to the DPO, an appropriate submission will be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office disclosing full details of the breach.
Customers are welcome to request access to all of their data stored by Watchfront. In the event of any errors being found, Watchfront will revise the stored data accordingly.
If a customer requests any data be deleted, this will be done as long as the data is not required to provide ongoing services to the customer.
