Service to AMS has been restored. Our supplier has effected repairs and service returned at 10:56. They have promised a full report to follow – we will summarise this with an update here in due course. Sorry for the disruption caused.

Services in AMS are currently unreachable. We have been advised that there is a fault with a line card in London in one of our connectivity providers. They have dispatched an engineer to the site. We will post an estimated time to repair as soon as we have one.

We have just made some changes to our transit connections in Maidenhead. This should not affect service, but if you experience any routing issues, please let support know and we will investigate.
