All BT connected ADSL & FTTC lines were down from 18:56 until 19:12 this evening. Most lines have now reconnected. If yours have not, they should automatically do so within an hour; alternatively you may like to try power-cycling your router.

The outage was within one of our wholesale suppliers network and appears to be an unexpected side effect of some maintenance they are currently doing. Apologies for the inconvenience.

An LNS switch over caused all our BT connections to drop for a few seconds. If you are still without service a router power cycle should return services to normal.
